Paper 3: Intelligence and Personality Test

The SSB process comprises two stages: stage I and stage II. Candidates who successfully pass stage I can progress to stage II. Here’s an overview:

The purpose of the tests is to evaluate trainability and officer-like qualities. Based on their performance, candidates are categorized as Recommended or Not Recommended.
