SSC Stenographer Eligibility 2024

SSC Stenographer 2024 Selection Process follows four stages as mentioned below. Candidates have to clear all stages.
- Computer-based test is conducted by the conducting Authority of 200 marks which includes three sections Reasoning, General Awareness and English
- Shorthand skill test (qualifying in nature)- For Stenographer Group C, the Dictation in English or Hindi lasting 10 minutes at a speed of 100 words per minute (wpm), while for Stenographer Grade ‘D’, the dictation speed is at 80 wpm.
- Document verification- All the relevant documents should be taken to the main head office to cross check the candidate’s credibility.
- Medical fitness test: Candidate should be medically fit to take the office’s responsibility.
