Indian Army TGC 141 Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must follow the given eligibility criteria in order to be eligible for the Indian Army TGC 141 recruitment.
Nationality
A candidate must either be: –
- (i) A citizen of India or,
- (ii) A subject of Nepal or,
- (iii) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii) and (iii) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by Government of India. Certificate of eligibility will however not be necessary in the case of candidates who are Gorkha subjects of Nepal. A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary, will attach such certificate along with the application.

Educational Qualification
Applicants may apply if they have completed the required engineering degree course or are in their last year of study. By July 1st, 2025, candidates enrolled in the final year of an engineering degree program must submit proof of passing the engineering degree examination and mark sheets for each semester or year. The engineering degree certificate must be submitted within 12 weeks of the start of training at the Indian Military Academy (IMA). Such candidates would be admitted on the condition of providing an additional bond, as well as a stipend, to cover the cost of their training at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), as informed periodically.
Indian Army TGC- 141 Entry Cut Off Criteria
The Indian Army issued the Cut Off Criteria for several engineering programs. The eligibility requirements for candidates who have earned their degree include presenting their cumulative mark percentage through their last semester or year. Candidates who have already passed the necessary exams are eligible for this.
For candidates currently in their final year or semester:
- Engineering degree course applicants must provide cumulative marks percentage up to their 6th semester.
- Architecture degree course applicants should submit cumulative marks percentage up to their 8th semester.

Steps to Select interview date for Indian Army TGC 141
- After applications are shortlisted, candidates will receive an email indicating their assigned Selection Centre.
- Upon receiving the centre allotment, candidates need to log in to the website to select their SSB interview dates.
- Initially, these dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis, but this option may be forfeited in case of exceptional circumstances.
- Only candidates who meet the cutoff percentage criteria will be invited for interviews at Selection Centres in Prayagraj (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bengaluru (Karnataka), or Jalandhar (Punjab).
- The SSB interview panel consists of a Psychologist, Group Testing Officer, and Interviewing Officer.
