A nationwide entrance exam known as the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is required for admission to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) legal programs provided by 22 nationwide law universities in India. The Consortium of National Law Universities, which is made up of representative universities, is responsible for organizing CLAT. The CLAT exam is also used by a number of affiliated colleges and companies for recruiting and admissions, respectively. The CLAT 2024 will be used for all admissions to the five-year combined L.L.B. and L.L.M. programs starting in the Academic Year 2024-2025.
