CTET December 2024 Notification: Central Teacher’s Eligibility Test (CTET) December 2024: The Central Board of School Education (CBSE) has made available the CTET December 2024 Exam Notification. The online applications can be filed from September 17 to October 16, 2024, with the CTET December 2024 Notification having been released on September 17, 2024. CTET December 2024 Exam Date
On December 1, 2024, the CBSE will administer the CTET December 2024 exam. On December 1, 2024, the CTET Paper-II (TGT) will take place in the morning, from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. The CTET Paper-I (PRT) will take place on December 1, 2024, during the evening shift, from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
CTET Application Fee
For only Paper I or Paper II, the CTET application cost is Rs. 1000; for both papers (general and OBC (NCL) Category Candidates), it is Rs. 1200. For SC, ST, and PWD applicants, the application fee is Rs. 500 for one paper and Rs. 600 for both.
CTET 2024 Eligibility
The CTET test is administered at two different levels: Level 1 (Primary Teacher) for teachers in Classes I–V and Level 2 (Trained Graduate Teacher) for teachers in Classes 6–8. 12th Pass + D.Ed/JBT/ B.El.Ed./ B.Ed. is the eligibility requirement for the CTET Level-1 exam, while graduation + B.Ed./ B.El.Ed. is the eligibility requirement for the CTET Level-2 exam.
