SSC GD PET PST Admit Card 2024: On July 10, 2024, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) announced the results for the GD Constable exam. The Physical Standards Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will now be administered to the eligible candidates. SSC GD PET PST Date 2024
Following the announcement of the GD Constable CBT Result by the SSC on July 10, 2024, the applicants will be contacted for the PET and PST rounds of the selection procedure. The SSC GD PET PST is scheduled for September 23, 2024, until November 8, 2024. The PET PST conducting authority will shortly distribute the SSC GD PET PST Admit Card.
SSC GD 2024 Selection Process
The selection process for SSC GD Recruitment 2024 includes the following stages:
- Stage-1: CBT Written Exam
- Stage-2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
- Stage-2: Document Verification (DV)
- Stage-3: Medical Examination (ME)
SSC GD 2024 PET/PMT
Those who pass the GD Constable CBT exam will receive invitations to the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Below are the specifics of the SSC GD PET and PMT.
Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Height:
- Minimum height for males: 170 cm
- Minimum height for females: 157 cm
- Relaxations for candidates belonging to specific regions and categories.
- Chest (Male Candidates Only):
- Unexpanded: 80 cm
- Minimum expansion: 5 cm
- Relaxations for specific categories.
- Weight: Your weight must be proportionate to your height and age.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Race:
- Male candidates must complete a 5 km run in 24 minutes.
- Female candidates must complete a 1.6 km run in 8.5 minutes.
- For candidates belonging to the Ladakh region:
- Males must complete a 1.6 km run in 7 minutes.
- Females must complete an 800-meter run in 5 minutes.
